Tvoj \u017eeludac kruli, pa\u017enja ti bje\u017ei, a iritacija raste. Ovo je trenutak kada glad lagano kre\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glad i sitost primarni su signali kojima mozak daje do znanja kada nam nedostaje energije odnosno kada trebamo prestati jesti. Sami po sebi vrlo su korisni, ali prevelika glad ili sitost <strong>mogu omesti produktivnost<\/strong> smanjivanjem koncentracije. Evo kako prepoznati ometaju li te u tvojim svakodnevnim zadacima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postavi si pitanje osje\u0107a\u0161 li zaista glad<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada pri\u010damo o produktivnosti, dvije su vrste gladi koje je va\u017eno razlikovati &#8211; fizi\u010dka i emocionalna glad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fizi\u010dka glad<\/strong>\u00a0dolazi kao pouzdan signal tvog tijela da treba gorivo. \u017deludac ti kruli, osjeti\u0161 vrtoglavicu, mo\u017eda i slabost. Tvoja koncentracija nestaje, a sve \u0161to \u017eeli\u0161 je obrok koji \u0107e ti vratiti energiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ona se obi\u010dno javlja<strong> tri do pet sati nakon obroka<\/strong>, a kako bi ju uta\u017eio, treba\u0161 ne\u0161to pojesti. Nakon jela, fizi\u010dka glad prestaje sve do sljede\u0107eg obroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S druge strane, tu je\u00a0<strong>emocionalna glad<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 tih i podmukao saveznik tvojih emocija. Ona se javlja kada si pod stresom, tu\u017ean, netko te je naljutio ili ti je dosadno. Umjesto kruljenja u \u017eelucu, osje\u0107a\u0161 prazninu u prsima ili potrebu za &#8220;utjehom&#8221; u obliku grickalica. Nakon \u0161to udovolji\u0161 emocionalnoj gladi, \u010desto ostaje <strong>osje\u0107aj krivnje i nezadovoljstva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za razliku od fizi\u010dke gladi, emocionalna glad naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ukazuje na neke <strong>psiholo\u0161ke potrebe<\/strong> koje ne mo\u017ee\u0161 zaista zadovoljiti s hranom. U tom slu\u010daju, potrebno je detektirati koja se potreba krije iza emocionalne gladi pa nju zadovoljiti ili se adekvatno o njoj pobrinuti, primjerice metodama koje poma\u017eu ubla\u017eiti stres. U suprotnom, i ako se dugo ne pozabavi\u0161 uzrokom emocionalne gladi, ona \u0107e zasigurno <strong>potkopavati tvoju produktivnost,<\/strong> a mogu\u0107e je da \u0107e dovesti i do debljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prepoznaj signal i reagiraj<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zamisli ljestvicu gladi i sitosti kao svoj unutarnji kompas. Na toj ljestvici:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ne mo\u017ee\u0161 razumno razmi\u0161ljati i osje\u0107a\u0161 se ludo.<\/strong> Misli\u0161 da treba\u0161 jesti, ali ne osje\u0107a\u0161 se sposobnim donositi odluku o tome \u0161to jesti i kako se pobrinuti o sebi. Samo \u017eeli\u0161 le\u0107i i ni\u0161ta ne raditi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vrlo niska razina energije<\/strong>, razdra\u017eljivost, mrzovoljnost i anksioznost. Te\u0161ko ti se koncentrirati, drhti\u0161. Krulji ti u \u017eeludcu i ima\u0161 osje\u0107aj da je prazan.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mo\u017eda si previ\u0161e zaokupljen razmi\u0161ljanjem o hrani. Energija po\u010dinje opadati. <strong>Umjeren pad koncentracije.<\/strong> Lagana anksioznost. Mo\u017eda ima\u0161 osje\u0107aj praznine u \u017eeludcu, ali nije neugodan.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Po\u010dinje\u0161 razmi\u0161ljati o hrani. <\/strong>Osje\u0107a\u0161 lako\u0107u u tijelu. Pun si energije.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ugodno<\/strong>. Pun energije.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blagi osje\u0107aj te\u017eine u \u017eeludcu. <strong>Lagani umor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blagi osje\u0107aj puno\u0107e i te\u017eine u tijelu. <strong>Letargi\u010dan si, \u017eeli\u0161 spavati. <\/strong>Niska razina energije.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Osje\u0107aj puno\u0107e i te\u017eine u tijelu.<\/strong> Letargi\u010dan si i vrlo niske razine energije.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nelagoda, nadutost. <\/strong>Umoran si. \u017deli\u0161 spavati.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ups, jako te boli.<strong> Do grla si pun. <\/strong>\u017deli\u0161 le\u0107i.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Idealno je ostati izme\u0111u\u00a0brojeva 4 i 7.<\/strong> To je zona u kojoj tvoje tijelo ima dovoljno energije za produktivnost, bez osje\u0107aja te\u017eine ili umora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primjerice, sjeti se kad si zadnji put <strong>sjedio za ra\u010dunalom i osje\u0107ao iritaciju<\/strong> jer nisi mogao razmi\u0161ljati. Mo\u017eda je to bio znak da si pao na razinu 2 ili 3. Ako si s druge strane bio letargi\u010dan nakon ru\u010dka, mo\u017eda si pre\u0161ao razinu 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017ee\u0161 li se prisjetiti takvog trenutka iz ovog tjedna? Gdje si bio na ljestvici?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako promijeniti ishod pri\u010de?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sada kad zna\u0161 prepoznati znakove gladi, vrijeme je da prilagodi\u0161 svoje prehrambene navike. Postavi si izazov.  <strong>Kada sljede\u0107i put osjeti\u0161 glad<\/strong>, zastani i procijeni na kojoj razini ljestvice gladi se nalazi\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Poku\u0161aj obroke<\/strong> <strong>raspodijeliti<\/strong> u danu tako da ostane\u0161 u zoni izme\u0111u 4 i 7. Ako osjeti\u0161 emocionalnu glad, zastani i zapitaj se: &#8220;\u0160to mi zaista treba?&#8221; Mo\u017eda je to pauza, razgovor s kolegom ili samo trenutak opu\u0161tanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010cekaj &#8211; ovo nije sve<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glad i sitost nisu samo fizi\u010dki signali \u2013 <strong>oni su klju\u010d za tvoju produktivnost i dobrobit<\/strong>. Sada ima\u0161 alate za prepoznavanje i upravljanje njima.
